The mistake most finance brands make

Common finance, trading, and crypto questions

Yes, with hard rules. Every paid post must disclose the payment clearly under FTC guidance, and the creator cannot promise or predict returns. If the token could be treated as a security, the SEC's anti-touting rules apply, which is what the celebrity crypto cases turned on. We keep crypto creator content on what the product does and how it works, require an #ad or paid-partnership label on every post, and ban price predictions. That framing converts slower than hype, but it stays live and keeps both sides out of an enforcement action.
