What you get out of the day

On the day

Pitch your product to the whole room

You get the floor. Your team presents the product to every creator there at once, in person, with the product in their hands, and takes the questions that come back.

On the day

Build real connections

A class, a long lunch and a whole afternoon with no assigned seats, so your team leaves knowing the creators rather than knowing their rate cards.

After the day

Get posts from them later

They know you, so the next ask is a conversation and not a cold pitch. That is where the discounted posts, the no-cost posts and the ambassadors come from.

The why

Influencer marketing is disconnected.

We run an influencer agency, and we see the same pattern constantly, that influencer marketing is disconnected.

Brands cold message creators, pay per post, and the relationship ends there. That typically leads to really high CPMs, and most brands overpay, where creators don't have any relationship, and don't care about the company.

So we asked a different question, what if there were a better way to introduce brands to creators?

It turns out, if you actually meet them, get to know them, and they know your people, then you can actually build real relationships, which will let you run campaigns with them on good terms or discounted rates, sometimes at no cost, not on an affiliate basis, and everyone walks away with a day of content, and builds actual relationships. But you get tons of UGC content, and now the creators really know about your brand.

All throughout, you bring your team, and your team actually gets to talk with the influencers directly.

The day

One day, two halves.

This is not a pick one of two. The morning is the class, the afternoon is the beach, and the same twenty five creators are there for both, which is what gives the day two completely different backdrops to shoot against.

Morning

Rooftop Pilates

Twenty five creators on a rooftop, one instructor, one class. Everybody moves together for an hour, which is the fastest way to turn a guest list into a room that actually knows each other.

The rooftop here is the studio, the instructor and the mats for the room.

Afternoon

The beach day

Everyone moves down to the beach for lunch and the rest of the afternoon. Nobody is sitting in an assigned seat, so the room reshuffles all day and your team ends up talking to all twenty five rather than the four nearest them.

The beach here is the setup, the food and the permits for the group.

Schedule

  1. 9:30 to 10:00

    01

    Arrivals on the roof

The PR boxes are already out, one at every mat, yours, stacked and styled before anybody walks in. That is the first thing twenty five creators see. Phones come out, boxes get opened on camera, and the room starts posting look where I am before the class has started.

  2. 10:00 to 11:00

    02

    The class

An hour of Pilates on the roof with one instructor for the whole room. Everybody is doing the same thing at the same time, which is what makes a group of strangers act like a group by the end of it.

  3. 11:00 to 12:00

    03

Smoothies, and the first round of content

The hour where the room actually meets each other. Creators get to chitchat. You get to make content, and ask them questions. You get to talk with the creators themselves. They see the co-host, and they have your product in their hands.

  4. 12:30 to 2:00

    04

    Lunch on the sand

Everyone moves down to the beach and eats together. This is the hour the day is built around, and it is the one your team should plan to be fully present for.

  5. 2:00 to 4:00

    05

    The afternoon

Plates clear, people spread out, and the room reshuffles. Everyone meets the half of the group they were sitting too far away from, the photographer works the beach, and your team gets real face time with the creators worth following up with.

And by the end, your team gets a mention. We do a thank you note to your team before and after the presentation, mentioning how you helped organize this. And you could even talk a little bit about what you guys are doing, your mission, or have a spokesperson do the presentation. And yeah, from there you can even have them join a group, and get their direct contact. They'll have your PR box, and make posts.

Who is coming

LA beauty and wellness creators, 30,000 to 500,000 followers.

A mix of sizes and a mix of what they cover, on Instagram and TikTok both. Skincare and makeup sit next to Pilates, gut health and hormones, because a beauty audience and a wellness audience are mostly the same people, and the room works better when it is not twenty five of the same creator.

Twenty examples of the kind of creator this day is built around, all of them Los Angeles, all of them on our invite list. Nobody here has been contacted, invited or confirmed yet, and the room gets picked around your product once a co-host is set. Follower counts are from our own database and were last checked on August 27, 2026.

Who this is for

  • You want to build real relationships with beauty and wellness creators and later run campaigns with them, or have them connect you to other creators who run campaigns that have better value.
  • You are starting an influencer program, or doubling down on one you already run.
  • You want one of the most efficient ways there is to generate influencer content.

Who this is not for

  • You are expecting a single day to produce millions in direct revenue.
  • You only care about immediate, trackable conversions.
  • You cannot send anyone from your team to attend in Los Angeles.
  • You do not have a product that fits naturally with beauty and wellness creators.

We're only taking one co-host for the day, and that brand gets the whole room.

Please send a message as soon as you can. We lock the co-host before we invite anybody, because the twenty five get picked around what you sell, and there is no picking them once the invites are out.
