Sexual wellness creator marketing

Your ads keep getting pulled. Creators are the way in.

Meta and TikTok block paid ads for sexual wellness, so the brands that win do it with creators and affiliates. We build that program and keep it compliant.

What we do

You sell something people want and need, and yet you cannot run a normal ad for it. You write a clean campaign, you upload it, and a day later the account is flagged or the ad is down. Maybe it was the product photo, maybe it was one word in the copy, maybe it was nothing you can point to. For sexual wellness, that is the rule, not the exception.

So paid ads are not really a channel for you. Creators and affiliates are. A real person talking about the product on their own page does not trip the same wires that a paid placement does, and it lands softer because it sounds like a friend, not a billboard.

We studied a campaign that proves the point. Tabs Chocolate, a sexual wellness chocolate brand, was barred from Meta and TikTok paid ads for the product category. Instead of fighting that, they built a network of hundreds of micro creators paid on affiliate commission instead of flat fees, with a shared hub of 250 plus creators trading hooks and briefs. The result was 11 million dollars in 18 months with zero paid ads, at a 9.8x return and 22 million monthly views.

We did not run that campaign. We took it apart from the outside to learn the mechanic, and the mechanic is repeatable. Pay creators on results, give them hooks that already work, keep the briefs compliant so nobody gets pulled, and let the network compound.

That is the work we do for sexual wellness brands. We build the creator and affiliate program, we know which platforms allow what, and we keep the claims inside the lines so your accounts stay up. If the ad account keeps shutting on you, this is the door that stays open.

Why this category is different

Why creators beat paid ads for sexual wellness

The short version is that the ad platforms do not want your category, so you stop renting their attention and you borrow a creator's instead. A creator's audience already trusts them, and a sexual wellness product is a trust purchase, so the match is good. When you pay that creator on commission, they only win when you win, which keeps your spend tied to sales and not to a flat fee you hope pays off.

The hard part is not finding one creator, it is building the network and keeping it compliant. Sexual wellness has rules about claims, age gating, and where you can even place the link, and one creator using the wrong word can get a whole account pulled. So we write briefs that stay inside the platform rules, we give creators hooks that have already passed, and we keep a shared hub so a new creator starts with what works instead of guessing.

We build creator and affiliate programs for sexual wellness brands that are blocked from paid ads, and we know the platform and compliance rules cold. We will not promise you another brand's numbers, because those were their creators and their offer. What we will do is bring the same mechanic to your product and run it honestly.

FAQ / 005

Common Sexual Wellness questions

Yes, with care. The big platforms restrict paid ads for sexual wellness, but creators posting organically about a product they like are treated differently than a paid placement. The catch is the claims and the age gating. You cannot promise medical results, you have to label paid partnerships, and some links and words still get flagged, so the briefs have to be written to the rules. Done right, organic creator content is the most reliable channel you have.
