At most all you can do is just see what they're sponsoring and that's about it. The main problem is the sleep. Why is velocity so slow?
How many people that follow them are influencers that would be worth a lot of posting?
What would be the next step for them to grow based on a precedent?
What is current problem they are facing:
Timeless: what the research says
What we hold on them
All our own YouTube data, read 2026-09-10.
- 22 sponsored videos. 4 creators. First one 2021-09-05, last one 2026-04-19.
- 20 of those 22 videos come from 2 people. Both run their own arrangement, not a booking.
- HotandFlashy. 1,230,000 subscribers. 15 videos. Her own link,
timelessha.com/hotandflashy, on 93% of them. - Sincerely Miss Ash. 194,000 subscribers. 5 videos. Her own code,
SINCERELYMISSASH, on 80% of them. - 0 of the 22 videos say the word sponsored. Not one.
- 0 repeat bookings. Every video runs on a link or a code.
Why the velocity is so slow
1. They do not have a roster. They have two fans.
20 of 22 videos over five years are two women who already used the product. Nobody cast them.
A permanent code is one arrangement, however many videos carry it. So counting 15 videos from HotandFlashy as 15 bookings reads an affiliate link as a media buy.
2. The best relationship they have, they are not paying for
HotandFlashy has 1,230,000 subscribers. She averages 81,700 views a video.
Other beauty brands book her: BK Beauty 22 times, NIRA 17 times, CurrentBody 16 times, Agency 13 times, SmoothSkin 9 times, DRMTLGY 9 times.
Timeless has her on an affiliate link. The relationship already exists. Somebody else is buying it.
3. The programme is a form you have to find
It is real. It is at timelessha.com/pages/join-our-community, running on Shopify Collabs.
It publishes no commission rate and no cookie window. /pages/affiliate and /pages/ambassador are both 404. The footer has no creator link at all.
Two affiliate networks list terms that contradict each other. Awin says 10% to 20%. FlexOffers says 8%. Neither is confirmed live.
Nobody is recruiting into it.
4. Their paid social has no creators in it
Read live off the Meta Ad Library on 2026-09-10. About 110 active US ads. 74 of the 75 cards that loaded are the brand's own page.
A brand paying creators shows up in that library as many different advertiser pages carrying one product. Timeless shows up as one page.
5. About 21 people at a fifty million dollar run rate
Beauty Independent, March 2025: on pace for $50M a year. Double digit growth. About half through retail, 3% to 4% through Amazon. In 1,550 Target stores.
Tracxn puts headcount at 21. Nobody there owns this job.
Where that leaves them against the shelf
| Brand | Videos | Creators | Videos per creator |
|---|---|---|---|
| OneSkin | 362 | 116 | 3.1 |
| Geologie | 207 | 82 | 2.5 |
| Versed | 52 | 21 | 2.5 |
| CeraVe | 20 | 17 | 1.2 |
| Naturium | 21 | 8 | 2.6 |
| Timeless | 22 | 4 | 5.5 |
They are 8th of 30 by videos and 23th of 30 by creators.
That distance is the whole finding. A normal amount of video, coming off far too few people.
One thing cuts the other way and is worth saying. 3 videos in 2024 became 13 in
- It went up more than four times. But that is one more person arriving, not a
programme starting.
How many of their followers are creators
We do not know. Nobody sells the answer.
- We hold nothing on Instagram for this brand. Zero rows in every Instagram table we own, checked by handle and by domain.
- Ten creator platforms were checked. GRIN, Aspire, CreatorIQ, Later, Superfiliate, Social Native, partnrUP, Cohley, Roster, Archive. Not one publishes what share of a brand's own followers are creators. They all sell the search. None of them sell the number.
- The only independent figure is Mintel, 2023. 19% of social media users call themselves a creator or an influencer. That is a ceiling on who would like to be one, not a rate of people worth posting.
So it has to be measured.
The job is written. It is two stages, because no follower scraper returns a follower's own follower count. All 62,400 followers named, about $53. Then follower counts on a random 2,000, about $5.
Random, not the first 2,000. Instagram serves a follower list newest first, and the newest 2,000 are a different population from the audience.
It refuses to start until the Apify monthly cap is raised.
The next step, and who has already done it
The full version is on the page next to this one, Timeless: the precedent, in full. The short version:
OneSkin is the one we can prove. Same shelf. Their creator videos went 4, 5, 55, 121, 178 by year. 116 creators now. 41 of them run their own personal discount code, which is exactly what HotandFlashy and Sincerely Miss Ash already do for Timeless.
Timeless is running OneSkin's model with two people instead of forty-one.
goPure is the famous one, and it has holes. A skincare brand the same size and the same price. They gifted product to 160 creators in two months and got 147 videos, then put those videos on their own product pages.
The headline number is 204x. Nobody says what it was divided by. At real product and postage it works out at 40x to 125x. And the saved versions of the page show the gifting campaign and the sales result are months apart, stitched together later.
What we cannot say, and why
- Views. Only 1 of the 22 videos has a view count stored. There is no total to quote. That is a hole in our reading, not a fact about the brand.
- The sponsor reads. We hold 0 of 22 transcripts. Nothing about how the product is described in these videos is measured.
- Instagram. Nothing at all. That is why the follower job exists.
- Nothing at FDA or FTC against them. Checked at both. Two search URLs returned 404 rather than a clean empty result.

Weak Affiliate program:

March 2025: on pace for $50M a year, double digit growth, about half through retail and 3% to 4% through Amazon, in 1,550 Target stores
Ex.
goPure Beauty. A direct to consumer skincare brand with the same problem, which is velocity rather than reach. Every number here is the vendor's own case study, Insense, not independent press.
- An open call, product only, zero cash.
- 525 creators applied. 160 were activated. 147 videos were delivered, over two months.
- Then the part that matters: those videos were built into shoppable carousels on their own product pages, not just posted to social. On site they produced 28,067 views and 296 hours of added time, 1,705 orders and over $200,000.
- The 26% conversion figure is the best case among engaged shoppers
Timeless: the precedent, in full
Two precedents. They are not the same move.
One we can prove out of our own data. The other is a vendor telling a story about its own client, and that story has holes in it.
Precedent one: OneSkin. We can prove this one.
OneSkin sells a longevity peptide you rub on. Same shelf as Timeless. Higher price. Until 2024 they were quieter on creators than Timeless is now.
Then this happened.
| Year | Videos | Creators |
|---|---|---|
| 2022 | 4 | 1 |
| 2023 | 5 | 4 |
| 2024 | 55 | 20 |
| 2025 | 121 | 56 |
| 2026 | 178 | 72 |
Every one of those videos is a row in our own database. We can name the creator on each.
2026 only counts to Q3, so the real year is bigger. And it is still speeding up. Here are the last four quarters.
| Quarter | Videos | Creators |
|---|---|---|
| 2025 Q4 | 61 | 29 |
| 2026 Q1 | 76 | 44 |
| 2026 Q2 | 94 | 55 |
| 2026 Q3 | 8 | 5 |
364 videos. 116 creators. Four years. It started at 4 videos and 1 creator.
What they did. You can see it in the rows.
41 of their 116 creators run their own discount code. Not a sitewide code. Their own name, on their own audience.
Here are the first twelve: DRLYON, SOULBOOM, DUFF, ABG, ZUBY, NERVE, SACKHOFF, WIDEOPEN, SOLVED, HYSTERIA, LAWNERD, MAX.
Read those out loud. DRLYON is Dr Gabrielle Lyon. SOULBOOM is Rainn Wilson's podcast. CUOMO is Chris Cuomo. MAJORITY is Sam Seder. HYMAN15 is Mark Hyman. SAGE is Sage Steele.
They are podcasts. OneSkin buys host reads at volume. Every host gets a code, so OneSkin can count what each one sold.
The size mix says the same thing. Nobody under 10,000 subscribers.
| Subscriber band | Creators |
|---|---|
| Under 10K | 0 |
| 10K to 100K | 29 |
| 100K to 1M | 64 |
| Over 1M | 23 |
And 149 of their 364 videos say sponsored or ad. That is 41%. That is what a bought placement looks like. It says so on the video.
Why this one matters for Timeless
Timeless already runs this model. HotandFlashy has her own link, timelessha.com/hotandflashy. Sincerely Miss Ash has her own code, SINCERELYMISSASH.
That is OneSkin's structure exactly. OneSkin runs it 41 times. Timeless runs it 2.
| Timeless | OneSkin | |
|---|---|---|
| Creators on their own code or link | 2 | 41 |
| Videos in their best full year | 13 in 2025 | 121 in 2025 |
| Videos that say sponsored | 0 of 22 | 149 of 364 |
| Creators under 10K subs | 0 | 0 |
They do not need a new idea. They need to do their own idea forty more times.
A second brand, same shape
Geologie sells men's skincare. They did it earlier and then held it.
| Year | Videos | Creators |
|---|---|---|
| 2021 | 8 | 6 |
| 2022 | 32 | 19 |
| 2023 | 40 | 22 |
| 2024 | 55 | 24 |
| 2025 | 58 | 27 |
| 2026 | 16 | 10 |
Two brands. Same shelf. Same answer. Not a fluke of one brand.
We could put a name and a number on every one of OneSkin's 364 videos because that is our own database, not a vendor's story about their own client. If you want that same table for your own brand, year by year, we can build it.
Precedent two: goPure. The famous one, read properly.
Everybody quotes this one. It is worth knowing in full, holes and all. It is the closest published example of the other move: gifting creators instead of paying them.
Who goPure are
Founded 2017 by Alex and Erin Keyan, husband and wife. About 49 people. Serums at $18. Sunscreen at $29. Neck cream at $49.
Alex Keyan describes the brand as "products priced under $50 that competitors sell for over $100 at retailers like Sephora and Ulta."
That is Timeless's positioning almost word for word.
What the write-up says, in its own words
The headline: "How to generate 150 UGC videos at $0 cost with a product-seeding/gifting influencer campaign."
The three numbers at the top:
- "160+ influencers: Collaborated with 160+ influencers within 2 months to scale UGC via zero-cost product seeding campaigns"
- "204x ROI: Revenue surpassed $200K with a 204x ROI"
- "525 applications: Attracted 525 micro-influencers who applied for the campaign"
The body: "Within 2 months, goPure collaborated with 160+ influencers, resulting in 147 product reviews at no cost thanks to effective produce seeding campaigns."
Then the part most people skip. It is the actual lesson.
"The video conversion rate of engaged shoppers reached an impressive 26%, contributing
to an exceptional ROI of 204x. Videowise's shoppable UGC video carousels on product
pages generated 1,705 orders, surpassing $200K in revenue."
"Each shopper spent an average of 40 seconds watching two videos, resulting in 28,067
views and 296 hours of added on-site time."
They took the videos and put them on their own product pages. That is where the money came from, not from the social posts.
What they asked each creator for
The brief only survives in a PDF, not on the web page. This is it, word for word.
"goPure Beauty provided Insense with a storyline and questions for influencers to
address in its 20-30-second videos, such as discussing the outcomes of using the
product and highlighting favorite features. For product photos, goPure requested two
types: one featuring the influencer with the product and one showcasing the product
alone."
A 20 to 30 second video. A storyline and a set of questions. Two photos. That is the whole ask.
How the machine works
- The brand writes one brief. Format, aspect ratio, the message, the product benefits.
- The brief goes on a marketplace. Creators apply to it. The brand can also search and invite.
- The creator gets the product, shipped free. In a gifting campaign there is no cash.
- The brand ships it once the creator is accepted.
- No signed contract. The creator keeps copyright. The brand gets "perpetual digital rights to copy, display, share, upload, distribute, store, modify, create derivative works of and use the content on all digital marketing channels" once the content is approved.
- Insense costs $400 to $500 a month today, plus a fee on cash paid to creators. A gifting campaign has no cash, so that fee has nothing to take.
Now the six holes
One. The 204x has no bottom half. Nobody says what it is divided by. The only clue is a line reading "204X, ROI based on influenced and direct video orders in the first 60 days". That describes the money coming in. It never says what went out.
Work it out yourself. Their products cost $18 to $49. Product and postage at $10 to $30 a creator, times 160 creators, is $1,600 to $4,800. Against $200,000 that is 40x to 125x. To reach 204x you have to divide by about $980. Two months of the software is $800 to $1,000. So the 204x counts the software and ignores the product and the postage. That is our arithmetic, not theirs.
Two. It is two campaigns told as one. The page has been saved 11 times since June 2023. The June and December 2023 versions have all the seeding numbers: 525, 160, 147. The words Videowise, 204x, $200K, 1,705 orders, 26%, 28,067 and 296 hours do not appear at all. They only turn up by April 2024.
So the gifting campaign and the product page result are months apart. They were stitched onto one page later, under one headline. The story everybody repeats is "they gifted 160 creators and it made $200,000". The page's own history does not back that up.
Three. 150 or 147. The headline says 150 videos. The body says 147. Both have sat there unchanged for three years.
Four. 26% or 13%. The page says 26%. The PDF says "$200k+, Revenue at 13% avg. conversion rate, from visitors that engaged with video on-site." Same vendor, two numbers, no explanation. Say 13%.
Five. Nobody defines an engaged shopper. And there is no before number anywhere. No baseline conversion rate. So there is no lift to check.
Six. There is no outside source. Insense and Videowise are partners. Their names are printed together on every page of the PDF. Their page, their PDF and their blog post are one story told three times. The only thing anyone confirmed from outside is that Cynthia Castro, the woman quoted, really did work at goPure for nearly five years.
What goPure looks like in our data
15 videos. 10 creators. 2023 to 2025. 0 of them run a standing code. 8 of 15 videos say sponsored, which is 53%.
So on YouTube goPure books people and says so. Timeless is the opposite. Every Timeless video runs on somebody's own code and none of them say sponsored.
Small sample though. Their gifting ran on TikTok and Instagram, and we hold nothing on them there. Treat it as a hint.
Precedent three: Purdy and Figg. Cadence, and a number that breaks.
Not skincare. A UK cleaning brand. But it is the best record of seeding kept up for years instead of run once.
Their agency publishes this, word for word.
"In June 2024, Kynship re-seeded 967 home influencers, and there are plans to open up
this strategy to the broader cleaning influencer space. The goal is to re-seed at least
1,000 influencers quarterly, with an expected 500 opt-ins per quarter, based on a 50%
opt-in rate."
"Seeding 50 macro influencers per month, with a portion of this content being launched
directly into the ad account for immediate campaign use."
"Through 27 seeding campaigns, Kynship has demonstrated a clear correlation between
seeding and the success of seasonal ad account campaign launches."
That is the cadence to copy. A thousand a quarter. Half say yes. Fifty bigger ones a month. The content goes straight into the ad account.
But check the headline before you repeat it. The same page is titled "From £452K to £50M" and puts 2024 revenue at £50 million.
FEBE runs the Growth 100 ranking. They are not selling anything to this brand. Their page says £18.3 million for 2024. CityAM says the same. FEBE puts £56.5 million on 2026.
So the agency's number is about 2.7 times the independent one. It looks like a level the brand reached two years later.
Their filed accounts would settle it. They are a scanned image with no readable text in them. That trail stops there.
In our own data Purdy and Figg show no step at all. 10 videos, then 5, then 7. That is not a contradiction. They run on Instagram and TikTok. We hold YouTube.
Precedent four: Medicube. The affiliate army.
One free moment, then infrastructure.
Hailey Bieber used their $300 device in her own TikTok routine in 2023. It passed 16 million views. Nothing found says they paid for it.
What they did next is the precedent. They turned that attention into a standing affiliate network. They did not try to buy another celebrity.
A TikTok Shop analytics read puts them at 33,900 affiliate creators and $102.9 million of lifetime sales, at commissions up to 30%. By Q1 2026 the same kind of read has them at 85,300 creators. They were the top selling merchant on all of US TikTok Shop in 2025, and again in Q1 2026.
In our own YouTube data they are small and flat. 5 videos in 2021, 19 in 2024, 24 creators. Their machine is on TikTok, not here.
The counter example. Worth a line on camera.
Hero Cosmetics sold for $630 million. They get told as a success.
Their creator volume in our data goes 2, 11, 2, 1 by year. A spike, then nothing. A burst that faded, not a programme. They sold anyway.
Volume is not the only way to win. Saying that out loud makes the rest of the argument harder to argue with.
Can Timeless do this on the tool they already own
They are on Shopify Collabs. Two answers.
Gifting works, and it is free. The feature is called Offering gifts to your creators. A brand makes a gift, sends it, free shipping always applies, and the order lands in the Shopify admin to fulfil. Collabs costs nothing beyond the Shopify plan. There is a 2.9% fee on cash payouts only. A product gift has no cash, so no fee.
There are real recruiting tools too. Search Shopify's creator database. Send direct invites. Bulk invite by CSV. It is not just a form.
Two limits. The second one bites.
First, gifts only go to creators who are already connected. Invites expire after 30 days. A brand can invite at most 100 creators in any 7 days. And Shopify's own help page says right now: "Collabs isn't accepting new creator signups at this time."
So the open call that brought goPure 525 strangers is not available. The pool is frozen at whoever already has an account.
Second, and this is the one that matters: Collabs grants no usage rights. Shopify's terms say the agreement over deliverables "is directly between Merchant and Creator" and that "Shopify is under no circumstance a party to the Program Agreement."
Insense hands the brand perpetual digital rights the moment content is approved. Shopify does not.
So the best move in the whole goPure story, putting the videos on your own product pages, is not something Timeless can do today by default. They have to write that right into their own terms and get every creator to agree. That is a lawyer and an afternoon. But nobody who repeats the goPure story ever mentions it.
What Monday looks like
- Write the usage rights into the Collabs terms first. Nothing else matters until the content can be reused.
- Invite 100 creators a week. That is the cap. It is 5,200 a year.
- Gift the $25.99 hero serum only. Product and postage. No cash.
- Ask for what goPure asked for. A 20 to 30 second video answering set questions, plus two photos. One with the creator, one of the product alone.
- Give every creator their own code. HotandFlashy and Sincerely Miss Ash already have one. It already works. Do it forty more times.
- Put the videos on the product pages, not just on social.
- Pay the ones that perform.
At 100 invites a week, even 30% saying yes is about 30 videos a week.
Timeless has made 22 in five years.
That plan is built on one vendor's story about its own client, and plenty of it cannot be confirmed from outside. Before a brand runs with a playbook like that, we would rather go through what actually holds up for their own shelf and say plainly what does not.
What none of this proves
- Every goPure number comes from one vendor pair describing their own client. Nobody outside has confirmed any of it.
- The 204x means nothing until somebody says what it was divided by.
- An independent ranking body contradicts the Purdy and Figg revenue claim by 2.7 times.
- OneSkin and Geologie are ours and they are solid. But they are YouTube only. Neither number says what those brands spent, and we hold no rate for any of these creators.
- Byoma came back zero in our data, checked four ways. That is a hole in our coverage, not proof Byoma runs no creators.
- Bubble Skincare and The Ordinary have too few rows to show a curve. Nothing was read into them.
Timeless: who to book next
The question this answers
Timeless has 4 creators. 20 of their 22 videos come from 2 women nobody cast. The page next to this one says why that is slow. This one says who to pay.
The list is 43 names long. 16 are written up here. They are split by what they talk about, not by how big they are.
How the list was built
This is not a beauty search. It is a search for the people already being paid for the audience Timeless gets free.
- HotandFlashy is the best relationship Timeless has. 1,230,000 subscribers, over-40 skin, and she is on an affiliate link.
- Ask the database who else pays her, and pays Sincerely Miss Ash. That set is the lane.
- Ask which creators those lane brands book that Timeless does not. Two or more of them means she takes paid work in this category, now.
- Drop anyone a serum or actives brand has already booked.
Step four matters more than it sounds. A light device, a brush and a supplement are not competitors. They are proof she sells to this audience for money. A brush company books HotandFlashy 22 times and Timeless still has her free. A serum brand is different. Those names come off.
The lane, and what it tells you
These brands pay for Timeless's own two women.
| Brand | Videos on those two | Last one | What they sell |
|---|---|---|---|
| BK Beauty | 22 | 2026-04-10 | a device or a tool, not a serum |
| DoNotAge | 19 | 2026-04-19 | a supplement |
| NIRA | 17 | 2026-04-10 | a device or a tool, not a serum |
| CurrentBody | 16 | 2025-12-12 | a device or a tool, not a serum |
| SmoothSkin | 9 | 2024-09-13 | a device or a tool, not a serum |
| NuFACE | 7 | 2024-06-21 | a device or a tool, not a serum |
| Omnilux | 6 | 2025-03-07 | a device or a tool, not a serum |
| Tao Clean | 5 | 2025-11-14 | a device or a tool, not a serum |
Read the last column. Almost every advertiser here sells a device or a tool. Only 11 of the 25 sell skincare. DRMTLGY is the closest one, in for 15 videos. So the audience is proven and the serum slot is mostly still open.
Bottom: the problem said out loud
These channels point straight at what the serum is for. The viewer is already looking at her own skin. She wants to know if a product works. A read here is a demonstration, not an introduction.

Middle: the want it sits inside
Nobody here talks about a serum. They talk about looking good at 40, at 50, at 75. Skincare is the part they keep having to solve. The read arrives inside a routine.

The biggest audiences here, and the loosest fit. Nobody came for skincare. Buy this tier once the first two work. It is reach, not a sale.

Who came off, and why
31 of the 74 candidates came off because a competitor got there first. The ten with the strongest claim otherwise:

Claudia Glows is the one to say out loud on camera. 8 brands in this lane book her. That makes her the best-qualified creator the query found. She is taken, by DRMTLGY, OneSkin, RevivSerums, last seen 2024-07-16. That is what waiting costs.
What a booking costs
We do not know, and that is the finding.
- Not one of the 16 carries a rate in our tables.
- 5 of the 74 candidates carry any price at all. The one usable CPM in the whole pool is 90 dollars.
- So nobody should quote a number for these people yet. Ask them.
It also points at the opening move. No rate, no relationship, so the first approach is product rather than a fee. That is the goPure shape on the page next door. An open call, product only, 160 creators activated, 147 videos in two months.
What Monday looks like
- Write the commission rate and the cookie window on the page. Right now timelessha.com/pages/join-our-community publishes neither, and /pages/affiliate and /pages/ambassador are both 404.
- Pay HotandFlashy. She already sells the product on her own link, to 1,230,000 subscribers, while six other beauty brands book her properly.
- Send product to the 7 bottom-of-funnel names above. They review things for a living. No competitor has them.
- Book Marlena Stell once, after the first two steps work. She is the biggest clean name with a real sample behind her: 49,301 views a sponsored video, off 29 of them.
- Then measure repeat, not reach. OneSkin has 116 creators. 41 of them run a personal code. Timeless has 2.
What we cannot say
- No rates. 2 of the 43 clean names have any price on file.
- View medians are thin. Most rest on fewer than ten stored view counts. Two rest on one. Every row above says which.
- 14 of the 43 have an email in our tables. The rest need a contact hunt first.
- Nothing here is Instagram. We hold zero rows on this brand there. This is the YouTube answer only.
- The funnel calls are ours. They come off each channel's own description and last ten titles. That is a judgement, not a measurement.

Everything above, the numbers we hold, the precedent that fits, the shortlist of who to book next, is the same audit we run on any brand's own shelf. If you want that built on your own numbers, we can run the whole audit for your brand.
