Who we are

Influencer Advisory is an influencer marketing agency based in Ontario, Canada. This policy covers influenceradvisory.com, the forms on it, and the forms we run in ads on LinkedIn and Meta.

What we collect

When you fill in one of our forms, including a LinkedIn lead form: your name, work email, job title, company and LinkedIn profile link, and anything you type in the form.

When you book a call: the name, email and answers you give on the booking page, which runs on Calendly.

When you visit this site: the pages you open, how long you stay, how far you scroll, the link you came from and its tracking tags. We do not keep your IP address in our own records.

What we use it for

To reply to you, set up the call you asked for, and send you information about our services.

To see which ads and posts bring people to us, so we can stop the ones that do not work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the tools listed below.

Tools that process it for us

LinkedIn and Meta, for the ads and lead forms that run on their sites, and their tags on this site that count visits from those ads.

Google Ads, for the ads we run on Google search, and its tag on this site that counts calls booked from those ads. When you type your email into a form on this site, the tag may send Google a coded (hashed) copy of it, not the email itself, so Google can tell which ad led to the booking.

Microsoft Clarity, which records how the site is used so we can fix pages that confuse people.

Calendly, for booking calls. Google, for email and our own records.

Each of these has its own privacy policy, which applies to what it holds.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while we are talking to you or working together, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also ask us to stop emailing you at any time, and every email we send tells you how.

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
