How much does it cost to book Taylor Swift?
Founder · October 23, 2026 · 10 min read
Nobody can quote you a price to book Taylor Swift, because no fee of hers has ever been published and no paid private show has ever been documented, so the only hard money number on record is the $17.3 million one Eras Tour night grossed.
Every site that comes up when you search her name with the word booking is a broker with a form, and none of them represent her.
So this page does two jobs, it lays out what the public record says about her money, and it shows what brands already pay to reach the people who watch her.
The second half runs on our own record, 41 sponsored YouTube videos about Taylor Swift from 29 brands, and 678 prices that creators and their managers quoted to us directly.
Can you book Taylor Swift for a private event?
Not through any website you can find.
Search her name with booking or fee, and the results are booking sites like seattletalentbuying, aaemusic and celebritytalent, and each of those pages says in its own small print that it does not represent her.
CTI is a celebrity booking agency for paid events. We do not: handle media requests, interviews, represent this talent, and cannot give out any contact information.
Who says so: celebritytalent.net, on its own Taylor Swift page, read in September 2026.
Where the fee should be, aaemusic says Please Contact and celebritytalent says Please Contact For Fee, while seattletalentbuying prints a range of $8,755,000 to $11,450,250 and up, on the same page where it says it does not manage any celebrity it lists.
Her own representation is WME for touring, film and TV, and IMG for endorsements, sponsorships and licensing, and neither one publishes what she charges.
Who says so: Hollywood Reporter on her IMG signing in 2016, and we found no report of a change since.
Every fee you see next to her name was written by a middleman she has never worked with.
The private weddings she has played were never bookings, she surprised a fan's wedding reception with Blank Space in 2016, and at her own wedding to Travis Kelce in July 2026 the two of them sang a duet.
Who says so: CBS News, 2016, and Wikipedia's page on the Swift and Kelce wedding.
If a brand ever did make a serious offer, it would go roughly like this.
- It goes to the agency, never to a directory.
- It names the company, the event, the date and the budget, with proof the money exists.
- If it ever reached a contract, a 50% deposit is the norm across celebrity bookings.
- The default answer at her level is no, and nothing on record says she has ever said yes to money.
What is the closest thing to a price on record?
What fans paid to see her, which is a different thing from what she charges.
| What | Reported figure | Source | How solid |
|---|---|---|---|
| One Eras Tour night | $17.3 million average gross | Pollstar via Forbes, 2023 | Solid |
| The whole Eras Tour | $2.2 billion over 149 shows | Pollstar, 2024 | Solid |
| Diet Coke deal, 2013 | Never disclosed | Coca-Cola, HuffPost | Deal confirmed, pay is not |
| One minute of one song | $50,000 | Marc Maron to Today, 2025 | His own account |
| One Instagram post | $1,611,000 | InfluencerMarketingHub | A model's guess, not a fee |
The $26 million you will see online for the Diet Coke deal has no source behind it, and the HuffPost story it usually gets credited to says the pay was never made clear.
It's not yet clear precisely what Swift will do for the brand, or how much she's being paid for her services.
Who says so: HuffPost, 2013, and the Coca-Cola press release, which names her an ambassador and gives no figure.
She pulled most of her music from film, TV and ad licensing in 2019, which is why licensing prices for her are so thin, and the Maron minute was for Bigger Than the Whole Sky in his 2025 HBO special.
Her brand work, Capital One, AT&T, CoverGirl and Keds among them, has no published price at all, and when The Life of a Showgirl came out in October 2025, Uber Eats, KitchenAid and Starbucks ran their own activations around it with no confirmed paid deal with her.
Who says so: Marketing Brew, 2025, and Digital Music News, 2019.
This is the Capital One spot from 2022, uploaded by Taylor Nation, the channel her own team runs, and it tells you everything about the campaign except what it cost.
The only hard number next to her name is $17.3 million a night, and that is ticket money, never a booking fee.
An offer that does not clearly beat a stadium night is not one her team needs to read.
What do stars at her level get paid for one private night?
About $24 million, going by the biggest private show on record.
Forbes ranked the ten most expensive private performances it could find, and it is the best public window into this market.
| Artist | Reported fee | The night |
|---|---|---|
| Beyonce | $24 million | Atlantis The Royal opening, Dubai, 2023 |
| Rolling Stones | $18.7 million | A billionaire's 60th birthday, 2002 |
| Celine Dion | $8.5 million a show | Private shows, 2011 |
| Eagles | $6 million | One song at an NYC party |
| Christina Aguilera | $6 million | A wedding, 2005 |
| Beyonce | $4.7 million | The Ambani pre-wedding party, 2018 |
| George Michael | $4.2 million | A Moscow party, 2007 |
| Bruno Mars | $3.2 million | A wedding, 2021 |
| Aerosmith | $2.9 million | A bat mitzvah, 2005 |
| Jennifer Lopez | $2.8 million | A birthday party, 2007 |
The prices have not come down since, Justin Bieber was reportedly paid $10 million to play the Ambani family's pre-wedding party in 2024.
Who says so: Forbes, 2023, and Stereogum, 2024.
Taylor Swift is not on that list, and we found no report of her taking a paid private show at any price.
The one money story tied to her own wedding runs the other way, Yahoo reported she turned down streaming bids as high as $70 million for the rights to air it, citing people it did not name.
A star her size would start near $24 million for one night, and she has never been reported taking that money.
So when a booking site shows you a fee for her, you now know what that number is worth.
Which brands already pay to reach her fans?
29 brands, across 41 sponsored YouTube videos about her, which pulled 10.7 million views between them.
That is a little more views than the Eras Tour sold tickets, and not one of those brands needed her to say yes.
| Brand | Sponsored videos about her | Where they ran |
|---|---|---|
| Nutrafol | 5 | Taylor Watch, The Tim Dillon Show, Chicks in the Office |
| BetterHelp | 4 | Jess and Gabriel, 66Samus, YEARBOOK |
| SEED | 3 | Taylor Watch, Pretty Basic Podcast |
| Orgain | 2 | Taylor Watch, Whitney Cummings |
| Raycon | 2 | Philip DeFranco, Nena Shelby |
| Marek Health | 2 | Brett Cooper, Jordan B Peterson Clips |
| Fiverr | 2 | Zephyr's Tune |
| Invoice Home | 2 | YEARBOOK |
The other 21 brands ran one each, among them AG1, Squarespace, Uber Eats, hims & hers, Factor, Scentbird, Book of the Month and Opera.
Uber Eats is the one brand that shows up on both sides of this page, it sponsored Nena Shelby's video building the ultimate Taylor Swift album in July 2025, then ran its own activation when The Life of a Showgirl came out.
A small show that is only about her
Taylor Watch is a podcast about Taylor Swift with about 20,000 subscribers, and it has carried reads for Nutrafol, SEED and Orgain, each with its own code, TAYLORWATCH or 25WATCH.
The biggest of those episodes pulled 8,768 views, and brands keep coming back anyway, because every one of those viewers chose a whole show about her.
A creator living like her for a week
SusieJTodd's video "I tried TAYLOR SWIFT's Diet and Workouts!" carried an AG1 read and pulled 330,347 views, which is the kind of fit a wellness brand is looking for.
The videos with the most reach
| Video | Brand | Views |
|---|---|---|
| Airrack, Sneaking Into a Taylor Swift Concert | Opera | 5,604,211 |
| Steve Terreberry, Taylor Swift Rated 8th Best Guitarist | Factor | 666,276 |
| Philip DeFranco, on Taylor Swift | Raycon | 575,317 |
| The Tim Dillon Show, Taylor Swift's Engagement | Nutrafol | 518,822 |
The busiest year was 2025, with 18 of the 41 videos, the year of her engagement and The Life of a Showgirl, and both show up in the video titles.
| Year | Sponsored videos about her |
|---|---|
| 2023 | 7 |
| 2024 | 11 |
| 2025 | 18 |
| 2026, to June | 5 |
Brands already reach her fans without her, and the show with the most sponsor reads in the whole set is a podcast of about 20,000 subscribers that only talks about her.
What does her kind of audience cost through creators?
About $398,000 for 10 million views, at the prices creators quoted to us.
Every price in this section was quoted to us directly by a creator or their manager, we hold 678 of those quotes, and 595 of them come with enough view data to work out a cost per 1,000 views.
| Channel size | Median cost per 1,000 views |
|---|---|
| Under 100K subscribers | $312.42 |
| 100K to 500K subscribers | $55.60 |
| 500K to 1M subscribers | $45.00 |
| 1M to 5M subscribers | $41.63 |
| 5M subscribers and up | $33.07 |
Small channels look expensive per view because they charge a flat minimum whatever the view count, and the price per view falls as the audience grows, which is the opposite of how celebrity pricing works.
For channels over 1 million subscribers the median is $39.78 per 1,000 views, and a quarter of them quoted under $3,500 a video, half under $7,500, and three quarters under $15,000.
At $39.78, 10 million views, about the size of the whole Eras Tour ticket audience, comes to about $398,000, which is 2.3 percent of one Eras night and 1.7 percent of Beyonce's night in Dubai.
The top of the quoted market is still far below a celebrity night, a 3.4 million subscriber channel quoted $140,000 a video through its talent agency, and a 1.1 million subscriber interview show quoted $75,000 to $150,000 for a 30 second host read.
Some of the channels that already make Taylor Swift videos have prices on file too, a comedy channel with 2.8 million subscribers quoted $15,525 for one mid-roll read with 30 days of usage rights, and a 1.4 million subscriber channel that has run a sponsored Taylor Swift video is listed by its agency at $7,500 a video.
The hard part is the quote itself, managers for big creators open high, and without prices to compare against you cannot tell a fair quote from a padded one.
That is the part we take off your desk, we hold the quoted prices, we know what the last brand paid, we check every audience for fake followers so the views are people, and we negotiate before you ever see a number.
The money that cannot get Taylor Swift on the phone buys 10 million YouTube views for about $398,000.
What do these numbers not show?
They are a floor, and they only cover YouTube.
- We only counted YouTube, so a brand that shows zero here may still be paying her fans on Instagram, TikTok or in audio podcasts.
- We matched videos by their title, so a video about her that never says Taylor Swift in the title is missed, and 7 more videos say Eras Tour or Swifties without her name.
- Views were counted when we scanned each video, and Airrack's concert video alone holds 5.6 million of the 10.7 million.
- A sponsor read tells you a brand was in the video, most carry a code or a link, but it is not the contract, so we do not know what any of these brands paid.
- A quoted price is what a creator asked for, which is not always what the deal closed at.
- Nothing in the public record is a Taylor Swift rate card, the tour numbers are ticket sales, the private show fees are as reported, and the Instagram figure is a model.
Read every number here as the least that is happening, never the whole of it.
So what should a brand with a Taylor Swift budget do?
Spend on her audience, never on her name.
There is no price to book her, the sites that say otherwise are brokers, and the closest anchor is $24 million for one night from the one star her size who said yes.
Nutrafol, BetterHelp and SEED have already shown the other route, they sit inside the videos her fans choose to watch, and they do it again and again.
A Taylor Swift budget can buy her audience many times over, and it will never buy her.
If you want a shortlist of creators her fans already watch, priced against the quotes we hold, tell us what you sell and we will send one over.
